Hello everyone, welcome to my blog! The Venetian Hotel canals in LV, Nevada     So as you can see my name is Emily and I am majoring in Economics and graduating this fall. Going into college Econ wasn't really something I thought of doing but while taking Micro and Macroeconomics for my general education Business courses, I really enjoyed learning more about economics. As for what I wan't to do with my degree: that part is still undecided. I think I am leaning towards banking or working for the treasury department but I haven't decided just quite yet.    Well now to the personal part of my introduction! Along with my mom and dad, I have one older sister named Erika who also attends OU. Week 4 Story: Chad & Rachel

----THERE IS AN UPDATED VERSION ON MY PORTFOLIO  :) *Dear Diary: It’s me, Rachel. I am sorry I haven’t written to you in a while, school has me staying really busy! Speaking of school: there’s a new boy in town. His name is Chad. He is incredibly cute and I can’t work up the nerve to talk to him. London, my favorite place!

When I saw that we were writing a post about our favorite place, London was the only place that came to mind.  I had the opportunity to study abroad there in the Summer of 2017. There were many things I loved about it including: meeting people from all types of different cultures, learning about the city and country's (England) rich history, and just getting to walk around in such a beautiful city with amazing architecture.  (All of these photos are photos that I took or had someone take of me with my own camera!) Here is a photo of me that my roommate Jessica took of me on my camera sitting across the river of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.  Having fun at the Warner Brothers studio tour of Harry Potter!
